1969 McLaren M12 Coupe

The McLaren F1 , This supercar is a development of the McLaren M6 / M12 Can-Am car, turned street-legal in France by a previous owner and, with just 8 units produced in total, it's an extremely rare sight, especially since original M12s were Spyders and this was converted into a coupe, in the late '70s.

The impressive machine has an engine bay designed to fit a Chevy Big Block V8, but many buyers ended up swapping in different units and it led to a smaller number of these cars remaining in original condition. The model presented here, the #60-14, hasn’t been modified and the big V8 engine signed by Chevrolet is still found behind the driver.

This McLaren M12 Coupe had a long history and numerous owners, including Shelby, where it stayed for a year in 1969, an Italian collector, a European dealer and, finally, its current owner, who has it since 2011 and decided to offer it for sale.

If money is no problem, then here's your chance to own this exclusive vehicle, but don’t expect any official price tag, and chances are a serious buyer probably won't even ask for one until he is ready to sign the papers.
